THE TOURSCAPE STANDARD

Truth before spectacle.
Always.

We want people to feel a property more clearly—not come away believing something about it that isn’t true.

Start with permission.

Only upload media you own or have express permission to use for property marketing and derivative video creation. An agent’s access to a listing does not automatically establish rights to every photograph. Supply the photographer or licensor name and any required credits or restrictions.

Keep the property grounded.

Source images, verified listing details, and available floor plans guide the film. AI-assisted motion can introduce errors. Permanent features, views, doors, windows, room connections, and landscaping must be checked against the source material.

A clear cut is better than a false connection.

When the available imagery does not support a continuous move, we use an editorial transition. Missing footage is a reason to adapt the story, not to invent an extra room or change the home.

Make the review understandable.

The professional gives final approval.

Review the address, listing facts, sequence, property features, source rights, required disclosures, and branding before publishing. An unbranded version is available by scope; the listing professional remains responsible for checking the rules of their MLS and distribution channels.

Be clear about the experience.

TourScape films are edited visual presentations with AI-assisted motion. They are not surveys, verified measurements, recorded inspections, or navigable 3D models. Floor plans and aerial imagery may be approximate or captured at different dates. Buyers should verify details with the listing professional and view the property in person.

About the example.

13740 Quinton Road is a product demonstration, not an active listing or an offer for sale. Source listing photography and the floor plan carry San Diego MLS attribution. Geographic imagery credits are preserved in the film, including NASA and Esri imagery providers. The example is not an endorsement by those organizations.
